Job Summary:
Administrative Assistance will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments and the Directors of the Company. These roles require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and conducive to productivity.
- Manage office equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company
- Manage and update databases and records with accuracy and efficiency
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle client requests and provide necessary information.
- Support special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of company events and functions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Salary: £31,000
Working Hours: 37.5hrs a week.
